Hi, I’m Chef Elena, and I’ve always been passionate about the art of desserts. With Ukrainian roots and a deep love for French patisserie, I came to America in 2017 to pursue my dream of sharing the timeless masterpiece of macarons with the world. Every creation is a blend of tradition, creativity, and dedication to excellence. I believe that desserts are more than just sweets — they are an experience, a memory, and a celebration of life’s beautiful moments. I pour my heart into every macaron so that you can experience not just a dessert, but a handcrafted moment of joy.

It all began in a small kitchen, with endless batches of macarons and a determination to perfect every detail—from the smoothness of the shell to the harmony of flavor inside. I spent countless hours baking, experimenting, and mastering courses taught by renowned European and American pastry chefs. Over time, I developed my own approach: refined recipes made with less sugar, premium ingredients, and innovative flavor combinations.


Inspired by the feedback of my early clients, I decided to turn this passion into a family business. Since then, we've grown as a brand and a community of people passionate about the art of desserts. We carefully select each ingredient, using the finest chocolates, nuts, and natural fruit purees to ensure every bite is a celebration of flavor.


That journey is what led me to name the company Le Délice—French for "delight." Because at the heart of it all, that’s what I hope to bring you: a piece of exquisite delight in your daily life and your special events. Each macaron is a little pause, a touch of luxury, a reminder that joy can be simple—and truly gourmet.
